The video lectures were clear, and the supplementary reading materials were top-notch—especially the papers on carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP). The practical assignments, such as simulating stress tests on composite panels, gave me hands-on experience that I could immediately apply at my job. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that some of the discussion forums felt a bit slow to get responses. But overall, a fantastic course!

The modules on nanomaterials in composites and their impact on strength-to-weight ratios were fascinating—something I hadn’t covered in my undergrad. The course was challenging but rewarding, especially the project on optimizing composite layup for fuel efficiency. The tutors were incredibly supportive, and the peer discussions added a lot of value. My only suggestion would be to include more case studies from African aerospace projects. Still, an excellent course that I’d recommend to anyone passionate about composites!
