I'm thrilled to have taken the Psychological First Aid course at Stanmore School of Business! As a mental health professional in the United States, I was looking to enhance my skills in providing emotional support to individuals in crisis. The course exceeded my expectations, providing me with practical tools and techniques to assess and address the psychological needs of my clients. The instructor's expertise and the quality of the course materials were exceptional. I appreciated the emphasis on cultural sensitivity and the examples of how to apply the principles of psychological first aid in diverse settings. I've already started applying the knowledge and skills I gained in my daily practice, and I'm confident that this course will have a lasting impact on my career.

I found the Psychological First Aid course to be really helpful in understanding how to support people who have experienced trauma. The course materials were easy to follow, and I liked that we got to practice our skills through role-playing exercises. One thing that really stuck with me was the importance of self-care when working with people who have been through difficult situations. The instructor was knowledgeable and provided lots of examples from their own experience. My only suggestion would be to include more case studies from Asia, as the ones we covered were mostly from Western countries. Overall, I'm glad I took the course and feel more confident in my ability to provide psychological first aid.

Wow, what an amazing course! I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from such an experienced instructor. The Psychological First Aid course at Stanmore School of Business was truly life-changing. I work in a community organization in Egypt, and I've seen firsthand the impact of trauma on individuals and families. This course gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to make a real difference in my community. The course materials were engaging and relevant, and I appreciated the focus on cultural competence. I was impressed by the instructor's ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment, even in an online setting. I've already recommended this course to my colleagues and friends - it's a must-take for anyone working in the field of mental health or social services!

I took the Psychological First Aid course at Stanmore School of Business as part of my graduate program in psychology, and I was really impressed with the quality of the instruction and the course materials. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided lots of examples from their own experience working with individuals in crisis. I appreciated the focus on evidence-based practices and the emphasis on ongoing evaluation and improvement. One thing that I found particularly helpful was the section on working with children and adolescents - it's an area that I'm interested in specializing in, and the course provided some really valuable insights and strategies. Overall, I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in psychological first aid. The only reason I didn't give it a 5.0 is that I would have liked to see more discussion of the cultural and societal factors that can impact mental health outcomes in different contexts.
